Small Reviews

This page is just for smaller reviews that i feel don't need a full blog post to review them! They are all honest reviews and my true opinion and If anything is ever sent to me to review, then I will clearly state it.

Ionika curling wand

This curling wand is really really good! I don't use heat on my hair that much so there was no need for me to purchase a £100+ curler but i do sometimes fancy a head full of waves/curls so i bought this. It heats up in under a minute which is so useful and the curls stay put for a whole day and even when i sleep on them waves still remain the next day. Ionika product are very cheap for how good they are, and this wand was only £11(i think i got it in Sainsbury's but you can get them cheap on ebay!) The only thing i don't like about this product is the design with the skull etc. But that was because it was the only one in Sainsbury's and I know there are lot's more designs! I also know that they make lots of other products like straighteners, travel hairdryers and straighteners, deep wave curlers etc. 4.5/5 Just because the design is not my 'style' !

Accessorize Mascaras

These mascaras are amazing! Considering they didn't come from a company/shop that specialises in make-up they did really well in making these. I got them in a set of 3 that came with a normal one, waterproof one and a volumising one that has a really good brush. These have been my day to day mascaras for the past month after i ran out of my favourite mascara and found it had been discontinued! They are definitely as good as some of the professional brands' mascaras! 4/5

Wolf Princess by Cathryn Constable

This book has been one of my favourites this month. It is different from the normal adventure action stories i read because it is a mixture of styles. I am not sure what type of genre this is actually classified in but i would say it is a adventure fairytale. I really enjoyed it because of that hint of adventure/mystery in a magical mysterious story. When i say magical though, i don't mean fairytale princess/fairies that 5 year olds enjoy! I must admit it takes a while to really get you wanting to read more, but i will always give a book a try because the chances are it will get better. (It really annoys me when somebody says they didn't like a book because they read the first chapter and it was boring!) All i can say is that i want to find out more, about how the castle turns out and what other places she ventures to.  3.5/5 -The reason for this is that it took until around half way through (maybe a bit earlier) for it to get very interesting!
